Price List of Camping Cerquestra near Perugia

Prices include wi-fi, energy consumption (heating, electricity and gas), air conditioning (not available in Bungalow with veranda for 2 persons and in the Coco Sweet tent 2+2), swimming pool entrance, parking and entertainment (July & August). Prices do not include the city tax: € 0,50 per night/per person, to be paid for a maximum of 5 nights (free for children under 14 years old). Prices refer to the following occupancy: for Mobilhome Superior/ Compact and Chalet of 4 persons - for Mobilhome Exclusive of 5 persons – for Mobilhome Deluxe of 6 persons. For each additional person over the standard occupation indicated above: € 6,00 per night (free for children up to 10 years old). The facilities are colmplete with dishes, blankets and pillows – not equipped with towels, bedsheets and kitchen linens. From 13/07 to 24/08: minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (it is also possible to ask Wednesday as changing day - the reception staff will decide in relation to the availability of the moment).

EXTRA COSTS ON REQUEST
- rentals: single bed sheets € 7,00/a change – double bed sheets € 9,00/a change – bath towels € 6,00/per person.
- late departure (after 11 am): check out within 3 pm / € 15,00 – check out within 7 pm / € 30,00, to be agreed in advance with the reception in relation to availability of the moment.
- pet extra cost € 4,00 per night. - baby kit rental (cot + high chair + baby bath) € 4,00 per night.
- we do not charge any final cleaning cost but the accommodation has to be returned tidy with the kitchen clean (including all equipment). If the accommodation is not returned in an appropriate manner, it will be the discretion of the management to charge a penalty of € 40,00.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: to confirm a reservation is required the payment of a deposit of about the 30% of the total amount.
PAYMENT: guests have to solve the payment directly at the reception of the camping at least one day before the departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- low season (A,B,C): for cancellations within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded - for cancellations from 29 days to 1 day before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be withheld.
- high season (D): for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded - for cancellations from 59 days to 1 day before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be withheld. In case of early departure, guests are supposed to pay for the whole period confirmed.
CHECK IN from 4 pm to 8 pm (any late arrival has to be communicated in advance to the reception)
CHECK OUT from 8:30 am to 10 am (any earlier departure has to be communicated in advance to the reception).

Prices include wi-fi, a 6A electric connection, use of camper-service and chemical toilet, hot water and showers.
Prices do not include the city tax: € 0,35 per night/per person, to be paid for a maximum of 5 nights (free for children under 14 years old).

In case of late departure, the cost of an extra night will be charged for the crew members.
Daily stop (from 9:00 to 19:00), camper service, water discharge/loading, electricity, swimming pool use - € 15,00.

HIGH SEASON: we accept bookings with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The Direction may consider customer preference about the pitch number.
The Direction has the right to change this preference based on availability of the moment.
